Microsoft product group has released cumulative update 6 for BizTalk 2016 on 28th Feb 2019. Below are the highlights to be noted. As always cumulative update contains all the previous updates in a given BizTalk version. So if you have just installed and configured BizTalk 2016, you can directly install CU6. But if you have a running production server with some other CU version, it is always recommended to test the new CU in a lower environment before installing in production.
